F or all these time, what nonsense did allow the existence of Nogorno-Karabakh as a separate territory within Azerbaijan? Armenia is hesitantly claiming legal rights to it but still Nogorno-Karabakh’s territory is not within Armenia. And no state recognises Nogorno-Karabakh as a state. Why?
