Nagorno Karabakh – Elephant in the room

Image
     F or all these time, what nonsense did allow the existence of Nogorno-Karabakh as a separate territory within Azerbaijan? Armenia is hesitantly claiming legal rights to it but still Nogorno-Karabakh’s territory is not within Armenia. And no state recognises Nogorno-Karabakh as a state. Why?      O ne thing that UK Guardian reader really needs is well-disciplined and concerted attention to its writings. Editorial taste of Guardian’s writers make an understanding of some of its article neck-breaking subtle, even cumbersome sometimes. I felt the same about English language, at the beginning of my academic studies in English. Only a sweaty jog brought the energy level back for next day.   I felt the same way about some of Guardian’s articles about Nagorno Karabakh too.      S imply put Nogorno-Karabakh located within Sothern Caucases and Sothern Caucases is a buffer zone from Russia, Turkey and Iran. If you into crisis management or security analysis get the main actors right. Let m

Democracy is doomed. Rigor of authoritarian rule is here to reign!

At the events of Nice Bus attack and Turkey's ongoing Military Coup today. Democracy is doomed. Rigor of authoritarian rule is here to reign! With the wake of far right movements in the West, Exodus of refuges into it, the Europe is breaking apart, Chinese governing model is buzzing. Our time, today, is proving western democracy was a nothing but just a phase that ruled (mass) were contended in for a while - the chaos outside of them had made them functioning. Now the chaos is within, only the authoritarian rule will make any sense for governed and govern. So the logic of being ruled with change from democracy to authoritarianism willingly. Not to say the so called western democracies have left so many painful memories out of their borders at their so called attempts to humanise, democratise and trying to being so-called self-determinations to reign. Charisma of democracy will fade away like a rotten onion. The success of Chinese and Russian authoritarian ruling m

With Brexit to Ultra Nationalism and then to ‪WW III‬ ...

EU is Germanic Utopian project - it is certainly for now. With  ‪#‎ Brexit‬ , potential of Trump coming to WH, buzzing Chinese, Russian and Turkish Gov models around, are all pointing to one "trending" destination, Ultra Nationalism. What the EU/Germany tired to bar is exactly in rise - but remember, in a separate note, Germany is the only country in Europe capable of getting what it wants by hook or by crook. No one can deny the fact that fear of Russia from the north east, stronger China from the east and the desire to work with US as equal partner played an unifying factor in EU in its rise. In that sense, the foundation of EU's idealism is founded in fear, desire and in survival needs. For now, Brits have chosen the money of corrupt global rich to help their bygone Empirical pride - no other way to protect its economy. So, Britain has no future in transparent economic policies of  ‪#‎ EU‬  -  ‪#‎ Germans‬  do not like that! Funny thing in all thi

Reasons of Arab not Awakening - Reflections on Marwan Bishara's Empire

The followings comments are made on Empire of Marwan Bishara by his respected panelists on the issue of resurgence of Arab authoritarianism or the failure of Arab awakening. The program was hosted on 05 July. Here, I write saying that they seem to, however, missed the elephant in the room.  I add few of other reasons which did not surface through the program but still wildly accept as the reasons of the Middle Eastern Issue.   What is the Middle East Issue? At the heart of the modern issue is the individual grievance for better pays and better jobs. Then you have the social grievances for better education, running water, infrastructures and basic things like functioning sewage systems and so on - so it has to be obvious that when someone delivers these things in this region he has to be a leader like a Muhammad Gaddafi.   As Rami Khouri in the Empire points out the whole region is more or less have following issues in common on the top of basic grievances;
